These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Planneriffic desktop application and the website at planneriffic.com (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Planneriffic, you agree to these Terms.
1. Product Description
Planneriffic is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that syncs your calendar events from Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and other iCal/webcal feeds to generate interactive PDF planners for the reMarkable Paper Pro Move. All processing occurs locally on your computer. Planneriffic does not store, transmit, or have access to your calendar data, planner files, or handwritten notes.
2. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Planneriffic application. This license is for your individual use and does not permit redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the software.
You may install the application on multiple devices that you personally own and use.
3. Free Trial
Planneriffic offers a free trial period. The trial allows you to evaluate the software before purchasing. No credit card or account creation is required for the trial.
4. Purchase and Payment
Planneriffic is available as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect existing purchases.
5. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. The Planneriffic application processes all data locally on your device. No personal data, calendar information, or planner content is collected or transmitted by the application.

6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels in the software
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Planneriffic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or configurations. Calendar sync accuracy depends on the data provided by your calendar service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planneriffic and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Our total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
9. Third-Party Services
Planneriffic integrates with third-party calendar services (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.) and relies on them to provide accurate calendar data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. The reMarkable brand and reMarkable Paper Pro Move are trademarks of reMarkable AS. Planneriffic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by reMarkable AS.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the software or website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
